I've got an Aveo the key became stuck in the ignition and wouldn't turn off even with the battery disconnected. Suburban service was phenomenal! They got it right in, told us the shifter was bad but GM discontinued the part…they tried to dissemble and reassemble the shifter but it only worked 1 day. We brought it back buying one from salvage and it didn't fix the issue. Suburban then said it was the ignition cylinder & switch which GM also discontinued. We got the parts overnighted. They combined the two shifters to make it look new again! They worked with their technician in combining components of the switch and lock assembly so my keyless entry would work with the new system as its on the key itself. The battery then died they replaced it and allowed us to swap out my old battery under warranty to Walmart and return the other one they installed! Shane and Greg were amazing! The whole team working there truly deserves such great recognition for their attention to details, standing by what they've done and not overcharging us at all! They honored what they priced us and were amazing with the response time! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done! 100%

I had been looking for a jeep online, when I came across one at suburban Chevy. I hit the link and asked questions. My questions were answered promptly. I made a couple of appointments I wasn't able to keep due to work but my sales lady Jordan Lasater was understanding and kept in touch with me until we got a time that worked. My wife decided she wanted a little more room in the car to haul our fur kids around and in Claremore, Oklahoma the nearest Chevrolet dealership is Suburban Chevrolet. In this day and age I found out that new vehicles are actually hard to find. I stopped into the dealership in the latter part of September and started working with a salesman Steve DeGraff. Together we decided on two different models that would suit our needs, but availability was just not there. Steve was probably just as proactive as I was and kept us constantly informed of vehicles ordered and when they were arriving. Most vehicles coming in were already sold or not the car we were interested in. Steve was a great help and eventually things came together and we purchased a car with Suburban. I also just had one of our cars serviced there and believe me that management is doing a great job hiring the right people for sure! Suburban Chevrolet will get our business for years to come!!!
